G'Day all! We love following the far-flung travels of our friend and Wedgwood ambassador, Piers, Lord Wedgwood of Barlaston. Click here to see where he is going to be in November, part of his extensive trip Down Under. Our Aussie friends are enjoying the pleasure of his company we understand!
Well, I messed up! I used the same email address to set up my family blog as well as my Wedgwood blog. I apologize for the confusion. No matter which blog you are on, it's me! Please just read on and you'll figure it out! Besides my long-time Wedgwood addiction, I'm a genealogist among other things, with a long-time passion for family history. I hope you will contact me if you feel you may be related. I'm happy to share family information and am always looking to enhance my own tree branches. I've been collecting and studying Wedgwood for more years than I care to admit, suffice it to say many, and love to correspond with other collectors. Get in touch, even if you aren't ready to buy! Share your collections, ask questions, let us know what's on your mind! I am learning some Dutch! One of my all time favorite descriptions is 'Josiah Wedgwood father of English Potteries', so here it is in Dutch: "Wedgwood De vader van de Engelse pottenbakkers" - My favorite new word pottenbakkers!!!
